本隐私政策说明 CrossWMS Pad 应用（以下简称"本应用"）如何收集、使用、存储和保护您的信息。本应用是一款面向企业仓库管理的扫码作业工具，由杭州卓速科技有限公司（Hangzhou Zhuosu Technology Co., Ltd.）运营。您在使用本应用前，请仔细阅读本政策。
This Privacy Policy explains how the CrossWMS Pad application ("the App") collects, uses, stores and protects your information. The App is a scanning-based warehouse operation tool for enterprises, operated by Hangzhou Zhuosu Technology Co., Ltd. Please read this policy carefully before using the App.
二、我们收集的信息2. Information We Collect
本应用是纯企业级（B2B）作业工具，仅收集完成仓库作业所必需的最少信息：
The App is a purely enterprise (B2B) operation tool and only collects the minimum information necessary to complete warehouse operations:
- 账号信息：您登录时填写的企业账号、密码（密码经加密传输，不会明文存储），以及服务器返回的登录令牌（Token）。
- Account information: the corporate account and password you enter at login (password is transmitted encrypted and never stored in plaintext), and the login token returned by the server.
- 企业配置信息：公司代码（用于校验并定位您的企业服务器地址）。
- Corporate configuration: company code (used to validate and locate your enterprise server).
- 仓库作业数据：托盘号、库位、BOL 单号等扫码产生的出入库、移库、盘点作业数据。这些数据属于您的企业，存储于您企业指定的服务器。
- Warehouse operation data: pallet numbers, locations, BOL numbers and other scanning data generated by inbound/outbound/move/inventory operations. These data belong to your enterprise and are stored on the server designated by your enterprise.
本应用不收集您的通讯录、短信、通话记录、精确定位、相册内容等个人敏感信息。
The App does not collect your contacts, SMS, call logs, precise location, photo album content or other personally sensitive information.
三、权限使用说明3. Permissions
- 相机（Camera）：仅用于扫描货物条码/二维码以完成出入库等作业。本应用不会录制或上传视频，扫码图像仅用于条码识别，识别后即时丢弃，不保存、不传输。
- Camera: used solely for scanning barcodes/QR codes to perform warehouse operations. The App does not record or upload video; scanned images are used only for code recognition and are discarded immediately afterward—never saved or transmitted.
四、信息的存储与保护4. Storage and Security
- 本地存储：登录令牌、账号信息等仅保存在您设备的安全存储中，用于保持登录状态，不会上传到非您企业指定的服务器。
- Local storage: login tokens and account info are kept only in your device's secure storage to maintain the login session; they are never uploaded to servers other than those designated by your enterprise.
- 企业服务器：作业数据存储于您企业部署的服务器，由您的企业负责其安全策略。
- Enterprise server: operation data is stored on the server deployed by your enterprise, which is responsible for its security policies.
- 传输加密：应用与服务器之间的通信采用 HTTPS 加密传输。
- Transport encryption: communication between the App and servers is encrypted over HTTPS.
五、信息的共享与披露5. Sharing and Disclosure
我们不会将您的个人信息出售给任何第三方。仅在以下情形可能涉及信息处理：
We do not sell your personal information to any third party. Information may be processed only in the following cases:
- 法律法规要求或政府机关依法要求时；
- When required by laws and regulations or legally demanded by government authorities;
- 为维护您所在企业的账号安全与合法权益所必需时。
- When necessary to protect the account security and legitimate rights of your enterprise.
六、您的权利6. Your Rights
您可以随时通过本应用退出登录并清除本地存储的登录信息。如需查询、更正或删除与您相关的作业数据，请联系您所在企业的系统管理员。
You may log out and clear locally stored login information at any time. To query, correct or delete operation data related to you, please contact your enterprise's system administrator.
七、儿童隐私7. Children's Privacy
本应用面向企业员工，不面向儿童提供服务，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
The App serves enterprise employees and is not directed at children; it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
八、本政策的更新8. Changes to This Policy
我们可能适时更新本隐私政策。重大变更将通过应用内公告或本页面显著提示的方式告知。更新后的政策自发布之日起生效。
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app announcements or prominent notices on this page. The updated policy takes effect on its publication date.
